Building Customer Loyalty the Disney® Way
Learn the secrets taught by one of the world’s most loved organizations and apply them to your tenants.
Do your tenants sing your praises? Do you exceed their expectations daily? Are your tenants advocates for your property, your company and your management team?
If you answered “no” to any of these questions, you’re not alone. Most tenants would (and do) say that they are “satisfied” with their space, the property and the service that they receive from property management, maintenance and others they deal with. But most property owners and property managers want their tenants to be more than satisfied. We want our tenant customers to be “blown away” by the level of service and the experience they receive at our properties. We want to exceed their expectations every day and build incredible brand loyalty. If they become cheer leaders for our services, they will tell others and will become advocates for our properties and we all will win.
BOMA’s annual Advocacy Luncheon is a can’t miss event for the area’s top property management executives. During this informative event we will receive an update on legislative affairs and present our annual BOMA Sacramento Commercial Real Estate Award to Congressman Ami Bera.
